The download link is sent automatically to the registered email and will also be available in your customer account once the payment is approved, which may take up to 3 business days. Because of the digital nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. After purchase, your files will remain available for download for 6 months. If you experience any issue with your download during this period, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
